Christiansborg Palace again. It was hard to get a picture without lamp posts or street signs in it.
After the palace tour we went back to Nyhavn (remember that's like "noohavn") again to get something from a sidewalk cafe and check on boat tours.
View from the sidewalk cafe where we stopped for a Carlsberg. Probably the best beer in town. I might have preferred a Heineken.
Next we walked up to the Amalienborg castle. This is where the Queen lives today. Four identical buildings surround this square.
A statue of King Frederik V in the middle of the Amalienborg grounds.
Change of shift at the guard post.
Across the street from the actual castle were the gardens.
And on the side opposite the gardens was the Marmorkirken (Marble Church)
Marmorkirken, officially Frederikskirke, was pretty impressive up close.
Holy Cow!
